Facebook Lite Launched.

A new version of Facebook for android,Facebook Lite,is introduced.It uses less data and works well across all network conditions.

This app is designed to serve more than a billion Facebook users worldwide.

Facebook Lite is designed to be more faster,reliable and very data efficient even when internet bandwidth is at a minimum,because in many areas,networks can be slow and not support all the functionality found in Facebook.The app is less than one MB in size and downloads within a few seconds.

It includes Facebook's core experiences like News Feed,status update,photos,notifications and much more.
